📋 Description

• Supporting international insurers in transformation and digitalization projects. • Analyzing insurance processes and IT landscapes to identify and design improvements. • Working on core systems modernization, process automation, and AI implementation. • Taking responsibility for work packages or subprojects within international teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in insurance consulting (e.g., claims, underwriting, policy administration). • Interest in digital transformation, new technologies, and AI applications. • Excellent German and English skills. • Willingness to travel for project assignments within Europe.
