📋 Description

• Analyze and structure best practices for supporting employees in adopting artificial intelligence • Produce a scoping document defining the scope of the study, the research question, and the deliverables • Conduct a literature review on AI, work, change, social sciences, and management • Conduct internal and external interviews with experts, clients, change leaders, managers, and employees • Analyze real-world organizational situations • Build a structured analytical framework covering drivers, barriers, key success factors, trade-offs, and a maturity model • Develop a consolidated deliverable that can be leveraged by Wavestone and its clients • Present the study’s findings to the Sustainability team • Contribute to client engagements • Support the development of Sustainability expertise, business development activities, and the preparation of commercial proposals • Produce landscape analyses and benchmarks covering the responsible digital ecosystem • Develop responsible digital awareness materials for employees • Contribute to defining responses to clients’ sustainability challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a leading engineering or business school, or a major university • Strong interest in consulting and business transformation challenges • Convinced of the need to address sustainability issues and of the central role businesses play in doing so • Interest in topics related to management, digital transformation, and CSR • Ideally pursuing a degree specializing in social sciences, management, sustainability, innovation, or organizational change • Curious, with strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp new subjects • Client-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service • Results-oriented and motivated by challenges • Interest in entrepreneurship and innovation • Eager to contribute to the growth of a company expanding in Switzerland and internationally • Enthusiastic and willing to take on responsibilities quickly
