📋 Description

• Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations • Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals • Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities • Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards • Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders • Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance • Work typically from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency • At least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role • Experience in title insurance and lending services • Effective communication abilities • Proven leadership experience • Adaptability and problem-solving skills • Strong time management capabilities • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CSC, NETRO, and corporate document review • CV submitted in English
