📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop lesson-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for residential and non-residential buildings • Present case studies from projects, training experience, or reports on sustainable and energy-efficient construction • Support course participants in developing their skills • Guide learners and communicate subject-specific content

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering • Several years of professional experience assessing buildings in accordance with the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) and as part of the Climate-Friendly New Construction program • Experience preparing and evaluating Life Cycle Assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer • Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings • Recognized as an energy-efficiency expert • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level) • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies • Strong methodological and pedagogical skills in communicating educational content • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Independent and structured way of working, with a high degree of personal responsibility
