📋 Description

• Conduct subject-specific instruction from home using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Prepare and develop curriculum-aligned learning materials • Carry out life cycle assessments (LCA) for residential and non-residential buildings • Convey case studies from projects, training experience, or project reports in the field of sustainable and energy-efficient construction • Promote the competency development of course participants • Support course participants as contributors and learning facilitators

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Services Engineering (TGA) • Several years of professional experience in building assessment according to QNG and within the Climate-Friendly New Construction program • Preparation and analysis of life cycle assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD and ETU-Planer • Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings • Certification as an Energy Efficiency Expert • Excellent command of German as the teaching language (C2 level) • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or delivering case studies • Strong methodical and didactic skills in conveying instructional content • Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
