• Responsible for learners' success and motivation • Guide and support learners as a coach in a flipped-classroom model • Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Stimulate exchange about learned topics using innovative formats • Create a positive learning and working environment • Supervise individual completion of assignments as part of project work • Assess project work • Support product development • Teaching from the home office

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (2+ years) • Extensive knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics or other relevant fields and/or professional experience in relevant areas • Knowledge of AI fundamentals in reporting • Knowledge of data analysis & visualization • Knowledge of forecasting & scenario planning • Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection • Knowledge of processes involving AI • Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence • Experience with Power BI • Experience with Microsoft Excel desirable • Ability to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel purposefully to support work processes • Very good command of German (C2) — the training language • Please attach an overview of projects with Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling & Business Intelligence to your application • Several years of experience as an online trainer desirable • Ideally experience in the context of publicly funded continuing education • Use of innovative didactic methods desirable • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team desirable
