📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods in course design and delivery • Prepare and develop course-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct assessments to measure participants’ competency development • Connect AI technologies with creative content and communicate knowledge in a practical, hands-on way • Enable participants to use AI effectively in marketing • Teach the fundamentals and current trends of AI in media design • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars • Develop innovative teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce • Monitor and evaluate current AI trends and tools, and independently advance their application

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing • Extensive experience with AI tools for content creation • Demonstrated experience in adult education • At least 600 hours of training experience • Evidence of pedagogical qualification, e.g. an instructor qualification in accordance with AEVO • Strong methodological and didactic skills for communicating educational content • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and strong teaching abilities • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level) • Specialization in at least two of the following areas: digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce • Knowledge of selecting, setting up, and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n • Experience creating, optimizing, and evaluating AI-generated media content • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, and CSS3 • Knowledge of content creation, video, Reels, storytelling, community management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and influencer marketing • Knowledge of e-commerce strategies, marketplace positioning, online shop optimization, CMS platforms, and web development fundamentals • Knowledge of media law, online marketing law, and SEO/SEA in e-commerce
