📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a range of teaching methods • Prepare and develop course-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct skills assessments • Select, configure, and use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n • Create, optimize, and evaluate AI-generated media content • Teach practical AI applications across the entire marketing process • Develop innovative teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce • Monitor, evaluate, and independently keep up to date with current AI trends and tools • Support participants’ skills development and professional integration

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing • Demonstrable experience with generative AI • Confident use of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable LLMs • Knowledge of prompt engineering • Experience with AI tools for image and video generation • Understanding of AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI • At least 600 hours of teaching experience in adult education • Proof of pedagogical aptitude, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO • Strong methodological and didactic skills • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels • Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication and teaching skills • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2) • At least two areas of specialization must be supported by professional experience • Professional experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, and legal principles of online marketing • Knowledge of content creation, video, Reels, storytelling, community management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, influencer marketing, media law, and branding • Knowledge of data-driven marketing, e-commerce strategies, marketplace positioning, online shop optimization, CMS platforms, web development, SEO, and SEA in e-commerce
