📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a range of teaching methods • Prepare and develop curriculum-based learning materials • Conduct competency assessments • Select, set up and use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and n8n • Create, optimize and evaluate AI-generated media content • Teach practical AI applications across the entire marketing process • Develop innovative teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media and e-commerce • Monitor, evaluate and independently advance knowledge of current AI trends and tools • Support participants in expanding their professional skills and entering the labor market • Teach as a subject-matter contributor and learning facilitator in line with Learning 4.0

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics or marketing • Demonstrable experience with generative AI • Proficiency with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or comparable LLMs • Knowledge of prompt engineering • Experience with AI tools for image and video generation • Understanding of AI governance, data protection and responsible AI • Demonstrable experience in adult education: at least 600 hours of teaching experience • Proof of pedagogical qualification, e.g. trainer certification under the German AEVO standard • Strong methodological and didactic skills • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication and teaching skills • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level) • At least two areas of specialization must be supported by professional experience • Knowledge of data-driven marketing strategies • SEO and SEA • Social media advertising • Customer journey mapping and branding • HTML5 and CSS3 • Legal foundations of online marketing • Content creation, video and Reels • Storytelling and community management • Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects • Influencer marketing • Media law and branding • Data-driven marketing • E-commerce strategies and marketplace positioning • Building and optimizing online stores • CMS platforms and fundamentals of web development (HTML5) • SEO/SEA in e-commerce
