📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop curriculum-based learning materials • Conduct assessments to measure competency development • Select, set up, and use modern, widely adopted AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n • Create, optimize, and evaluate AI-generated media content • Teach practical AI applications across the entire marketing process • Develop innovative teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce • Monitor, evaluate, and independently build on current AI trends and tools • Support participants in expanding their professional skills and entering the job market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing • Demonstrable experience with generative AI • Proficiency in ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable LLMs • Knowledge of prompt engineering • Experience with AI tools for image and video generation • Understanding of AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI • Demonstrable experience in adult education: at least 600 hours of training experience • Proof of pedagogical qualification, e.g. an instructor qualification under AEVO • Strong methodological and didactic skills in communicating educational content • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication and teaching skills • Very good command of German, the language of instruction, at C2 level • At least two areas of specialization supported by professional experience • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and/or e-commerce • Experience or knowledge in SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, and online marketing law • Experience in content creation, video, reels, storytelling, community management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, influencer marketing, and media law • Experience in data-driven marketing, e-commerce strategies, marketplace positioning, developing and optimizing online stores, CMS platforms, web development fundamentals, and SEO/SEA in e-commerce
