📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Develop and apply a range of teaching methods • Prepare and conduct learning assessments • Contribute to quality assurance measures • Provide practical, real-world instruction and support participants’ skills development • Support learners in developing their professional skills and integrating into the job market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • Professional and project experience as a consultant • Experience as a trainer, ideally in government-funded further education and online teaching • Current SAP S/4HANA certification • Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g. a P2WTTT certificate or AEVO qualification • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering training content • Independent, structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
