📋 Description

• Define technical objectives, ways of working, and architecture for the D365 CRM development team • Shape the engineering culture • Hands-on development of plugins, Custom APIs, integrations, and complex technical features • Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards • Ensure the maintainability of plugins, JavaScript extensions, PCF controls, and Power Automate flows • Own the technical architecture of solution layers, managed solutions, publisher prefixes, and ALM pipelines in Azure DevOps • Ensure a clear distinction between customization and pro-code development • Design and develop integrations with third-party systems, from API design through authentication • Document architectural decisions in Architecture Decision Records and make them binding for the team • Approve technical solution approaches from tandem refinement • Own the technical aspects of monthly production releases, including release planning and the hotfix process • Mentor and support the professional development of senior, mid-level, and junior developers • Represent the team in cross-functional architecture forums and provide technical sparring on architectural topics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform • Deep understanding of plugins and Custom APIs (C#/.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript (Xrm Client API), Power Automate, and the Dataverse data model • Strong experience with solution layering and ALM • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across multiple environments using Azure DevOps, Git, and pull request-based workflows • Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems (REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus) • Proficiency with the Azure portal in a D365 context • Experience with app registrations and service principals (Microsoft Entra ID) • Experience with secrets management using Azure Key Vault • Experience with monitoring using Application Insights • Experience designing and evaluating cloud architectures in the Microsoft Azure context • Experience in technical leadership as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or with demonstrable mentoring responsibility • Ability to make, document, and advocate for architectural decisions with the team and stakeholders • Fluent communication skills in German and English (at least C1+) • Based in Germany or Austria • PCF controls, ideally with React, are desirable • Microsoft certification PL-400 or PL-600 is desirable • Experience with FakeXrmEasy or other testing frameworks for the Power Platform is desirable • Functional experience with D365 Sales and Customer Insights (Journeys/Data) is desirable
