📋 Description

• Subject-specific tutoring delivered from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Teaching Allplan for CAD-supported construction planning • Applying a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Conducting competency assessments • Guiding participants on the path to becoming CAD specialists • Preparing participants for practical job requirements • Designing practice-oriented learning as a catalyst and learning coach • Supporting professional skills development and integration into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or a comparable qualification • At least three years of professional experience in the field • Proof of ACP certification (Allplan Certified Professional) or willingness to obtain it • Solid knowledge of Allplan, especially creating and editing 2D elements, text, dimensioning and symbols • Experience with 3D modeling and visualization • Familiarity with BIM standards and processes • Experience with macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering and VisualScripting • Knowledge of building structure, including design and construction of buildings, stairs, foundations and roof structures • Understanding of BIM strategy and project management • Didactic skills • Methodical and pedagogical aptitude for delivering instructional content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Very good command of German (C2 level)
