📋 Description

• You love digital planning and design • You are passionate about sharing knowledge • You want to support professionals on their path to CAD-based building design • Tutoring from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D ® • Apply a variety of instructional methods to course design • Conduct assessments to measure competency growth

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, building technology, or a comparable qualification • At least three years of professional experience in this field • Proof of ACP certification (Allplan Certified Professional), or willingness to obtain it • Solid knowledge of Allplan (CAD software for architecture and structural engineering), in particular: creation and editing of 2D elements, text, dimensions, and symbols • 3D modeling, visualization, and familiarity with BIM standards and processes • Use of advanced features such as macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering functions, and Visual Scripting • Experience with building structures: planning and construction of buildings, stairs, foundations, and roof structures • Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management • Didactic and pedagogical skills • Methodical and didactic proficiency in delivering instructional content • Self-directed, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Desirable: proof of pedagogical aptitude (Ausbildereignung according to AEVO) or Train-the-Trainer certification
