📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop instructional materials in line with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Incorporate case studies from projects, training experience, or professional practice • Support course participants in developing their professional competencies and integrating into the labor market • Act as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree with a focus on chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science, pharmacy, and/or law • Several years of professional experience in the environmental sector • Knowledge of REACH, CLP, the German Hazardous Substances Ordinance, and international chemical regulations • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Initial experience in internal training, professional development, or presenting case studies • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Independent, structured approach to work, with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
