📋 Description

• Responsible for the learners' success and motivation • Supporting and guiding learners in the flipped-classroom model • Promoting active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Encouraging the group to exchange ideas about what they have learned • Supervising the individual completion of assignments as part of project work • Assessing/evaluating the project work • Supporting the (further) development of the product • Teaching from the home office

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (2 years+) • Extensive expertise in Controlling & Business Intelligence • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or other relevant fields and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting, Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization, Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning, Business Intelligence: automating reporting & detecting anomalies, understanding & evaluating processes with AI, Self-Service Business Intelligence • Experience with the main tool: Power BI • Experience with the following tool is also desirable: Microsoft Excel • Ability to apply generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) purposefully to support work processes • Excellent command of the German training language (C2)
