📋 Description

• Responsible for learners' success and motivation. • Support and guide learners in a flipped-classroom model. • Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application. • Encourage group interaction in innovative formats to discuss learned material. • Supervise individual work on assignments as part of project work. • Assess project work. • Support the (further) development of the product. • Teaching from the home office.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (2+ years) • Extensive knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or other relevant field • Professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI basics in reporting, Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization, Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning, Business Intelligence: automating reporting & detecting anomalies, understanding & evaluating processes with AI, Self-service Business Intelligence • Experience with the main tool: Power BI • Experience with Microsoft Excel • Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) purposefully to support work processes. • Very good command of German at C2 level (training language)
