📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop instructional materials based on the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the job market • Contribute to participants’ competency development as a subject-matter contributor and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree • At least two years of professional experience, including billing expertise • Practical, training-ready knowledge of practice management • Knowledge of Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) guidelines and contracts for patients covered by statutory health insurance (SHI) • Knowledge of billing in dental practices according to EBM (BEMA), GOÄ, and GOZ • Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Charly) and quality management • In-depth knowledge of digital healthcare and digital health technologies • Initial experience delivering training, such as in-house training sessions, workshops, or seminars • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., AEVO) or at least one year of adult education training experience • Strong methodological and didactic skills in communicating educational content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson design • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
