📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop curriculum-based learning materials • Conduct competency assessments • Support course participants in developing their skills • Deliver subject-matter content as an instructor and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in healthcare • At least two years of professional experience in primary care, with in-depth billing expertise • Knowledge of billing different healthcare payers (EBM, GOÄ, workers’ compensation insurance billing) • Proven, training-ready expertise in medical practice management • Experience with the Medistar practice management software • In-depth knowledge of digital healthcare and digital health technologies • Initial experience delivering training, such as in-house training, workshops, or seminars • Proof of pedagogical aptitude, such as AEVO certification, or at least one year of experience providing adult education • Strong methodological and didactic skills in communicating educational content • Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction, German (C2 level) • Independent, structured approach to work, combined with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson design
