📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for residential and non-residential buildings • Present case studies from projects, training experience, or project reports in sustainable and energy-efficient construction • Support course participants’ skills development as a subject-matter contributor and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering • Several years of professional experience assessing buildings according to the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) and במסגרת the Climate-Friendly New Construction (KFN) program • Experience preparing and evaluating LCAs using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer • Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings • Recognition as an energy efficiency expert • Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction, German (C2 level) • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies • Strong methodological and didactic skills for communicating educational content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
