📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Provide a comprehensive overview of BIM principles, terminology, and applications throughout the entire building lifecycle • Use practical case studies and group work • Explain Levels of Detail (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows • Prepare and develop curriculum-based instructional materials • Conduct competency assessments • Support participants’ skills development and professional integration

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a comparable field • Extensive practical and methodological knowledge of BIM • Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle phases • Excellent communication skills • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or communicating case studies • Teaching qualification (AEVO) • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
