📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Provide a comprehensive overview of BIM principles, terminology, and applications across the entire building lifecycle • Apply a range of teaching methods, including practical case studies and group work • Explain Levels of Development (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows • Prepare and develop course-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support participants’ skills development and professional integration

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a comparable field • Solid practical experience and methodological expertise in BIM • Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across different lifecycle phases • Excellent communication skills • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies • Teaching qualification (AEVO) • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Independent and structured approach to work, combined with a high level of personal responsibility • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
