📋 Description

• Deliver subject-related instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Provide a solid overview of BIM principles, terminology and application areas across the entire building lifecycle • Use a variety of teaching methods such as practical case studies and group work • Explain levels of development/detail (LOD), data quality requirements and information flows • Prepare and design course materials in line with the curriculum • Conduct assessments to measure competency growth • Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate or a related field • Solid practical and methodological knowledge in BIM • Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts and BIM applications across different lifecycle phases • Strong communication skills • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education or presenting case studies • Pedagogical qualification (AEVO) • Methodical and didactic aptitude for teaching content • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
