📋 Description

• Responsible for participants’ learning outcomes and motivation • Guide and support learners as a coach within the flipped-classroom model • Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Facilitate discussion of learning outcomes through innovative formats • Create a positive learning and working environment • Support learners with the individual completion of assignments as part of project work • Assess project work • Support the further development and enhancement of the product • Teach remotely from a home office

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in Operations Management • Excellent command of German, the training language (C2 level) • Degree, vocational qualification, or comparable qualification in Business, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • Solid hands-on experience in Operations Management, operational management and control, and the data-driven analysis and optimization of business processes • Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office—especially Excel and PowerPoint—Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Gamma • Extensive experience in day-to-day operational management • Ability to prioritize based on available data and make decisions under time pressure • Professional handling of incomplete data and escalation situations • Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications • Understanding of the opportunities and limitations of using AI in operational contexts, as well as fundamental legal and ethical considerations • Applicants must include an overview of projects in which AI tools were used in Operations Management • Experience analyzing and optimizing operational processes and performance using KPI systems, root cause analysis, and systems thinking • Practical experience leading and developing teams in data-driven environments • Experience using KPIs in performance management and in feedback and development discussions • Professional approach to managing conflict and resistance • Experience in resource management and ensuring operational stability • Experience in forecasting, scenario planning, data-driven capacity planning, and risk management • Ability to evaluate courses of action and make make-or-automate decisions • Preferred: Several years of experience as an online trainer in adult education • Preferred: Comprehensive range of methods and tools in training methodology and instructional design • Preferred: Experience applying innovative methods to actively engage learners • Preferred: A new-work mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting with new learning technologies • Preferred: Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team
