📋 Description

• Guide participants throughout their qualification programs • Provide support with subject-related questions concerning financial accounting, tax law, and accounting • Conduct learning progress discussions and document participants’ progress • Identify support needs and develop suitable solutions • Encourage independent learning and effective learning organization • Support participants in using digital learning resources and platforms • Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional training with work experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Good knowledge of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and income surplus accounting (EÜR) • Good knowledge of German tax law, particularly VAT, income tax, and the German Fiscal Code (AO) • Advanced practical experience with DATEV • Knowledge of cost and activity accounting (KLR) and the fundamentals of controlling • Experience as a trainer or lecturer is a plus • Evidence of pedagogical aptitude • Passion for helping people expand their professional skills and integrate into the job market
