📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer in Controlling & Business Intelligence with Power BI and AI tools, you are responsible for the learning success and motivation of our participants. • You promote active engagement with the learning content and its practical application. • You encourage the group to exchange ideas about what they've learned using innovative formats. • You motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere. • You supervise the individual completion of assignments within the scope of project work. • You evaluate the project work. • You support the (further) development of the product/offering. • You teach from your home office (remote).

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (2+ years) • Extensive knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence • Degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics, or another relevant field and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting; Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization; Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning; Business Intelligence: automating reporting & detecting anomalies; understanding & evaluating processes with AI; Self-Service Business Intelligence • Experience with the main tool: Power BI • Experience with the following tool is desirable: Microsoft Excel • Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) purposefully to support work processes
