📋 Description

• As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you represent your field with passion and foresight. • In your role as a learning companion, the primary focus is on developing the participants' competencies. • In your teaching design, you act both as a provider of input and as a supporter in the role of a learning companion — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-specific teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D. • Applying a variety of teaching methods in lesson design. • Guiding and supervising our retraining participants in their IHK-relevant (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) reports and projects. • Contributing to quality assurance measures. • Conducting webinars and online information sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing • Development of data-driven marketing strategies • SEO, SEA, and social media advertising • Customer journey mapping and branding • Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 • Legal fundamentals of online marketing • Social media content creation (including video, Reels & short-form formats) • Storytelling and community management • Tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects • Influencer marketing • Media law and brand building • E-commerce • Data-driven marketing • Development of e-commerce strategies • Building and optimizing online stores • CMS systems and fundamentals of web development • SEO/SEA in e-commerce • Solid hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation • Demonstrable experience in adult education (minimum 600 hours) • Pedagogical qualification, e.g. AEVO trainer certificate • Strong methodological and didactic skills in knowledge transfer • Ability to prepare complex content in a clear, audience-appropriate manner • Independent, structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with learners.
