📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods • Prepare and design course-related learning materials in line with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Select, set up, and use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n • Create, optimize, and evaluate AI-generated media content • Teach the fundamentals and latest trends in AI for media design • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars • Develop innovative teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce • Monitor, evaluate, and independently develop expertise in current AI trends and tools • Support participants in developing professional skills and integrating into the job market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing • Extensive experience using AI tools for content creation • Demonstrable experience in adult education • At least 600 hours of training experience • Evidence of pedagogical qualification, such as an instructor certificate under AEVO • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels • Independent, structured approach with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication and teaching skills • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level) • Professional focus in at least two of the following areas: digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, CMS platforms, and web development fundamentals
