It offers certificates, masterclasses, conferences and in-house training focused on quantitative finance, risk management and technology topics — including algorithmic trading, quantitative development, FRTB regulation, AI in finance, bank treasury and climate risk management — delivered online and in-person to finance professionals and institutions.

📋 Description

• You combine cutting-edge AI technologies with creative content and teach this knowledge in a practical, hands-on way to participants. • In doing so, you not only develop content but empower people to use AI sensibly and effectively in marketing. • As an employee of WBS TRAINING you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight. • In your role as a trainer, the primary goal is the competence development of course participants. • In your instructional design you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a supporter in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes: • Subject-specific teaching from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Application of various teaching methods for course design • Preparation and creation of course-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting competence growth assessments • Very good command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level) • Selection, setup and use of modern and commonly used AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n) • Creation, optimization and evaluation of AI-generated media content • Teaching the fundamentals and trends of AI in media design • Leading trainings, workshops and seminars • Developing innovative teaching concepts for Digital Marketing, Social Media and E‑Commerce • Monitoring, evaluating and independently further developing current AI trends and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in: o Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics or Marketing • Solid experience with AI tools for content creation • Demonstrable experience in adult education — at least 600 hours of training experience • Proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO trainer certificate) • Methodical-didactic skill in delivering teaching content • Ability to explain complex topics clearly at different learning levels • An independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and didactic competence
