📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver instruction • Prepare and develop course-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support participants’ skills development and integration into the labor market • Work both as a subject-matter instructor and as a learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial qualification relevant to the field, combined with professional experience in payroll accounting • Alternatively, a relevant qualification as a tax clerk or HR administrator • Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll accounting with DATEV; payroll accounting with Lexware; payroll processing fundamentals; advanced payroll processing • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO) • Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
