📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING SE, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight. • In your role as trainer, the primary focus is on developing the participants' competencies. • In your lesson design, you see yourself both as a content provider and as a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D ® • Application of various teaching methods for lesson design • Preparation and creation of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting assessments to measure competency gains

🎯 Requirements

• A vocational commercial qualification with professional experience in payroll accounting (e.g., tax clerk, payroll/HR administrator) • Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: • Payroll accounting with DATEV • Payroll accounting with Lexware • Fundamentals of payroll accounting • Advanced payroll accounting • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO) • Very good command of German (C2 level)
