📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Prepare and create lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct competency growth assessments • Support participants in expanding their professional competencies and in integrating into the labor market • Contribute as an input provider and learning coach to the competency development of course participants

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational commercial/business training with professional experience in payroll accounting • Alternatively relevant profiles: tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or HR administrator • Teaching experience in one or more relevant subject areas • Knowledge of payroll accounting with DATEV • Knowledge of payroll accounting with Lexware • Knowledge of the fundamentals of payroll accounting • Knowledge of the structure of payroll processing • Proof of pedagogical qualification (AEVO) • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level) • Passion for supporting people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market
