📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING SE, you represent your subject area with passion and vision. • In your role as a trainer, the development of participants' competencies is the primary focus. • In your lesson design you act both as a provider of input and as a support figure in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®. • Application of various teaching methods for course design. • Preparation and design of course-related learning materials according to the curriculum. • Conducting competency growth assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• A relevant commercial vocational qualification with professional experience in payroll accounting (e.g., tax clerk, payroll/HR administrator). • Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll accounting with DATEV, payroll accounting with Lexware, basics of payroll processing, advanced payroll processing. • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO). • Excellent command of German (C2 level).
