📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING you will represent your subject area with passion and foresight • In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants • Subject-specific teaching delivered from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Design and application of various teaching methods for course delivery • Preparation and administration of assessments to check learning success • Participation in quality assurance measures • Enthusiasm for innovative concepts of individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • Professional and project experience as a consultant • Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and in online instruction • Current SAP S/4HANA certification • Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g. P2WTTT certificate, AEVO • Strong methodological and didactic skills in conveying course content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
