📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop learning materials related to the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support course participants in developing their competencies • Teach professional skills and support participants’ integration into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • At least two years of professional experience, including billing expertise • Proven, training-ready knowledge of practice management • Knowledge of G-BA guidelines and contracts for patients covered by statutory health insurance (GKV) • Knowledge of billing in dental practices in accordance with EBM (BEMA), GOÄ, and GOZ • Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Charly) and quality management • In-depth knowledge of digital healthcare and digital health technologies • Initial experience in teaching or training, such as in-house training, workshops, or seminars • Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., AEVO certification, or at least one year of experience providing adult education and training • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson design • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
