📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support course participants’ competency development as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator • Represent the field of billing and practice management in dental practices • Support people in expanding their professional competencies and integrating into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • At least two years of professional experience, including billing expertise • Proven, training-ready knowledge of practice management • Knowledge of the guidelines issued by the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) and contracts for patients covered by statutory health insurance (SHI) • Knowledge of billing in dental practices in accordance with EBM (BEMA) and GOÄ/GOZ • Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Charly) and quality management • In-depth knowledge of digital healthcare and digital health technologies • Initial experience in teaching or training, such as in-house training, workshops, or seminars • Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., AEVO certification, or at least one year of experience providing adult education • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson design • Excellent German-language skills at C2 level, as the language of instruction
