📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING you represent your field with passion and foresight. • In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on the competence development of course participants. • In organizing your lessons you act both as a content provider and as a learning facilitator—Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-specific teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®. • Use of a variety of teaching methods to design lessons. • Preparation and development of course-related learning materials according to the curriculum. • Conducting assessments to measure competency gains. • Case examples from projects, training experience, or reports from professional practice. • Very good command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level).

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree with a focus on Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy, and/or Law. • Several years of professional experience in the environmental sector. • Knowledge of REACH, CLP, the Hazardous Substances Ordinance (Gefahrstoffverordnung), and international chemicals regulations. • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach. • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies. • Strong methodological and didactic skills in teaching content. • Independent and structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
