📋 Description

• As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight • In your role as a learning coach, the focus is on developing the participants' competencies • In your teaching approach you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning coach — Learning 4.0! • This includes: subject-related instruction at the Dresden‑North location (20%) and work from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® (80%) • Preparing and designing lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting competency growth assessments • You have an excellent command of the German language of instruction (C2 level)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training / technician / engineer qualification in automation technology • Knowledge of programming, troubleshooting and commissioning of automation systems • Specific programming of Siemens PLC controllers with TIA (use of technology and communication objects; visualization and machine safety) • Knowledge of network technology • Application of TIA knowledge (PROFIBUS; PROFINET; AS‑i; OPC UA...) • Knowledge of control engineering and measurement technology • Basic knowledge of the SIMIT software is an advantage • AEVO certification or comparable pedagogical training is desirable • Methodical and didactic skills in conveying teaching content • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
