📋 Description

• Contact inbound leads received through the company’s marketing activities. • Respond to leads and engage them in initial conversations. • Understand prospects’ needs and identify suitable opportunities for the sales team. • Qualify leads and book meetings with sales representatives. • Follow up with leads when necessary. • Maintain accurate lead and meeting information. • Communicate professionally with German-speaking prospects. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

🎯 Requirements

• C1 level German with strong verbal communication skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive and confident approach to speaking with potential customers. • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with new people. • Good organization and follow-up skills. • Motivated to develop within a sales environment. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Previous sales, appointment-setting, or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not required.
