📋 Description

• Lead creative strategy meetings with the media buying team and creative strategy agencies • Manage the AI data studio and oversee creative KPIs • Analyze creative performance and define the next angles, hooks, and formats to test • Turn the ideas and knowledge of the founding team into angles and briefs • Create static ads and landing pages with Claude Code • Script, film, and edit founder videos • Script and edit other videos using AI • Build an intelligent internal asset library with AI • Brief creative agencies and track delivery of their creative assets • Report KPIs in the dashboard and share them with agencies • Review, iterate on, and approve agency creative assets • Commission and coordinate professional photo and video shoots with creative agencies • Ensure creative assets comply with Meta advertising policies and dietary supplement regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level French is mandatory, with an in-depth understanding of French cultural codes • Proven experience in large-scale e-commerce social advertising • Experience in creative strategy • Experience scripting UGC and ad content • Strong understanding of Meta Ads and media buying • Excellent understanding of TikTok and Meta content conventions • Strong sense of pacing, retention, and conversion • Filming skills (iPhone and camera) and editing skills (CapCut and Premiere Pro) • Comfortable with AI tools and eager to use them extensively, particularly Claude Code • Strong sensitivity to premium branding and aesthetics • Interest in beauty, wellness, and women’s health • Fast, autonomous, and detail-oriented • Fluent English • Experience with AI video editing tools is a major plus • Experience with Claude Code is a major plus • Experience organizing professional shoots is a major plus
