📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional process design and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen internal controls and scale with business complexity • Own month-end close activities, including financial statement variance analysis, while identifying and executing process efficiencies • Monitor credits and funds owed to Spreetail, partnering with Treasury on cash optimization and weekly payment processing • Design and deliver reporting, metrics, and insights that drive issue resolution and improve financial outcomes • Drive cross-functional issue resolution through clear communication, stakeholder partnerships, and a bottom-line mindset • Manage and scale freight payables operations • Own key aspects of freight invoice processing, accruals, and reconciliation • Partner with Transportation, Logistics, Treasury, and FP&A to ensure accurate, timely recording of freight costs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field • 3–5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related business function • Working knowledge of GAAP • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience leveraging analytics tools • Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment • Excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage multiple projects • Available work-from-home setup • 4th generation or higher desktop/laptop with at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor • At least 4GB RAM • Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system • Own dual monitors • Strong and stable wired internet connection with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection • PC headset • HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
