Weave is building a generative AI platform and knowledge graph that will revolutionize how life science companies collaborate.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and architect functionality for Weave’s main marketing website and associated web properties • Own user-facing web experiences and ensure technical excellence in the marketing technology stack • Design and build site functionality for getweave.com and other marketing properties • Architect high-performing, interactive UI elements with performance and mobile responsiveness • Partner with marketing development, design, and growth teams to bring creative visions to production • Rapidly prototype and launch campaign landing pages, interactive site elements, and lead-generation tools • Support marketing deadlines and seasonal initiatives • Report to the Director of Marketing • Use instrumentation and monitoring to measure marketing feature performance and iterate based on observed results

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in front-end engineering • Strong background in Next.js and React • Deep understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and TypeScript • Ability to turn vague, high-level requirements into polished, working software • Focus on web performance, accessibility, and SEO • Ability to operate with high autonomy, identify technical gaps, prioritize effectively, and implement solutions independently • Ability to explain complex technical constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Interest in measuring code impact on user behavior using instrumentation and monitoring • High proficiency translating designs with pixel-perfect accuracy • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is beneficial • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics • Experience with WordPress as a headless CMS • Experience using AI-powered coding assistants or AI tools • Successful completion of a background check • Legally authorized to work in Mexico • English proficiency is assessed in the application form
