Weave is building a generative AI platform and knowledge graph that will revolutionize how life science companies collaborate.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go (Golang) • Drive technical architecture and contribute to long-term system health by anticipating scaling and maintenance needs • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver high-impact features • Participate in system design reviews, propose and implement robust solutions • Own the quality, reliability, and observability of your code from development to production • Help plan and execute projects from inception to delivery • Mentor peers and junior engineers by sharing your knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with modern programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, Ruby, or C# (Go preferred or willingness to learn) • Experience designing and building ReSTful APIs and backend services • Strong understanding of distributed systems and inter-service communication • Experience working with relational databases and SQL • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation with your team and take responsibility for production systems
