📋 Description

• Manage system configurations: Schedule and execute software setups, integrations, and workflow deployments to meet client requirements. • Coordinate technical roadmaps: Define implementation timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for new client onboarding. • Prepare technical documentation: Develop and distribute configuration guides, API documentation, and system manuals as required. • Develop and manage technical environments: Maintain stable test and production environments, including version control and digital architecture management. • Provide implementation support: Host technical workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions for client system administrators. • Consult with stakeholders: Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align technical solutions with client needs. • Maintain data integrity: Handle sensitive client data and system credentials with high security and discretion. • Perform system troubleshooting: Identify, document, and resolve technical blockers or integration issues during the rollout phase. • Coordinate go-live activities: Oversee data migrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and final system hand-offs. • Manage technical metrics: Track and report on implementation progress, system uptime, and key performance indicators (KPIs) through internal dashboards. • Provide database management: Perform data mapping, cleansing, and entry support for complex customer integration projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of experience as a solutions specialist, technical support officer, or in a related role. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Proficiency in Zoho Workplace apps (preferred), Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. • Strong diligence and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work in a challenging environment and prioritize multiple tasks. • High school diploma or higher degree in Computer Engineering (preferred), Computer Science (acceptable), Business Administration (relevant), or related fields.
