📋 Description

• Support daily account management alongside an Account Director • Coordinate across clients, internal teams, creative partners, and vendors • Manage multiple client projects and media campaigns, keeping timelines, deliverables, and deadlines on track • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate execution across digital teams, creative partners, media partners, and vendors • Oversee campaign launches across digital and traditional media channels, including Meta, influencer, and paid media initiatives • Monitor campaign pacing and execution against plan, budget, and strategy • Review campaign assets and specifications for correct formats and sizes • Create presentations and proposals and compile research for client accounts and campaigns • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities • Prepare and lead client-facing digital performance reporting • Communicate key metrics, results, and campaign insights • Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and reliable follow-through • Support client retention by identifying needs and proactively addressing issues • Assist with media trafficking, trading, reporting, and billing • Maintain organized project documentation and task management systems • Review campaign details, deadlines, assets, and deliverables to help prevent operational errors

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management, Media, Advertising, Marketing, or a similar client-facing role • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing campaign timelines, assets, budgets, and deliverables • Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence communicating professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams • Ability to work cross-functionally with digital teams, creative partners, media partners, and vendors • Experience tracking projects, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are completed accurately and on time • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and contribute to optimization decisions • Proactive and accountable working style with strong follow-through • Strong written and verbal English communication • Comfortable learning new technology, reporting platforms, and media systems • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small, fast-moving team • Submit application data and resume in English
