📋 Description

• Editing engaging, on-brand video content • Adapting to different visual styles and brand tones • Receiving and following briefs provided by our internal team • Delivering edits on time while maintaining quality and consistency • Editing full-length podcast episodes optimized for YouTube retention and engagement • Cleaning and enhancing audio and video quality • Structuring episodes with strong pacing, storytelling, and intentional cuts • Creating SEO-optimized YouTube titles and descriptions • Designing high-quality thumbnails aligned with brand identity • Uploading and properly optimizing videos inside YouTube Studio • Generating short-form vertical clips for repurposing • Labeling, organizing, and delivering assets consistently • Optimizing content for YouTube search and local discoverability • Maintaining branding consistency across videos • Assisting in repurposing content into short-form when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong video editing experience (long-form + short-form) • Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) • Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video work • Ability to edit for audience retention and watch time • Excellent written English (for titles, descriptions, and show notes) • Strong audio cleanup skills and thumbnail design capability • Ability to work with different content types, styles, and tones • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong communication and time management skills • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Consistent access to a computer, editing software, and high-speed internet • Tools (Preferred Experience): Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editor); After Effects (plus); Canva or Photoshop (for thumbnails); YouTube Studio; Google Drive workflows
