WEDROP combines logistics, product sourcing, customer support and educational services so sellers can list products, pay only after making a sale, and focus on sales and growth.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize listings on leading marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, and TikTok Shop) • Monitor performance indicators and develop management reports to support decision-making • Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and competitiveness • Conduct pricing analyses considering costs, contribution margin, and market competitiveness • Evaluate margin and profitability by SKU, identifying opportunities to improve and expand the product portfolio • Develop commercial strategies, promotions, and revenue growth initiatives • Propose actions to recover underperforming or low-profitability products • Track and analyze KPIs such as revenue, conversion, traffic, ROI, margin, inventory turnover, stockouts, and campaign performance • Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored campaigns (Ads) within marketplace platforms • Collaborate with the Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales teams • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, performance, and results

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing marketplace operations • Knowledge of platforms such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, and TikTok Shop • Experience with e-commerce-focused ERP systems (BLING) • Experience managing sponsored campaigns (Marketplace Ads) • Knowledge of product mix management, ABC analysis, and contribution margin
