📋 Description

• Work closely with founders to identify, prioritise, and execute strategic initiatives • Lead special projects across strategy, growth, operations, and new business opportunities • Break down complex business challenges into structured problem statements, actionable workstreams, and measurable deliverables • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments • Develop business cases and financial models for new initiatives, investment opportunities, and potential expansions • Drive cross-functional projects from planning through implementation • Establish and scale business processes, operating frameworks, and performance-tracking mechanisms • Support objectives and key results (OKRs) implementation • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive productivity improvements • Track business metrics, analyse performance trends, and generate actionable insights • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks • Prepare investor presentations, board materials, business updates, and fundraising documentation • Coordinate business metrics and strategic updates for board meetings and investor communications • Act as a strategic execution partner to founders and coordinate across teams • Manage multiple projects and communicate with senior stakeholders • Handle sensitive business information with discretion

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, business strategy, a Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, or a similar strategic operations role • B.Tech or a dual degree from a leading Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), preferably IIT Bombay, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Roorkee, or Guwahati • Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable solutions • Experience building business cases and financial models • Experience conducting market research and analysing business performance • Proven ability to independently manage projects end to end and deliver measurable outcomes • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with founders, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and limited direction • Prior experience at a leading management consulting firm such as Bain, McKinsey, or Boston Consulting Group (BCG) preferred • Subsequent experience in a Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, strategy, or business operations role at a high-growth startup preferred • Experience at a startup backed by prominent venture capital firms or startup accelerators, particularly Y Combinator or Sequoia/Peak XV, preferred • Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, board reporting, business planning, or new business development preferred
