📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and actionable insights • Create visualisations for tracking KPIs and identifying business trends • Ensure dashboards are accurate, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives • Develop and maintain efficient data models • Write and optimise DAX measures, calculated columns, and expressions • Implement data relationships, hierarchies, and aggregation logic • Improve dashboard performance and consistency across reporting outputs • Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyse relational database data • Analyse datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities • Apply analytical techniques to support commercial planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making • Use Python for data analysis, automation, and data preparation where required • Engage stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and gather analytical requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reports and dashboards • Present findings and translate analytical results into business recommendations • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery • Leverage Power Apps to support workflows and operational efficiency • Identify reporting automation and process improvement opportunities • Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, calculations, and reporting processes • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across business intelligence solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard and report development • Expertise in DAX, data modelling, and Power BI performance optimisation • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation • Working knowledge of Power Apps and its application in business processes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights • FMCG or retail industry experience, commercial KPIs, business performance metrics, syndicated data, and commercial decision-making experience are preferred/good-to-have
