📋 Description

• Direct AI-generated video and image assets using Seedance, Image 2.0, Nano Banana Pro, and Higgsfield • Design covers, thumbnails, and social posts • Transform podcasts into compelling short-form videos with high-quality animation • Edit and assemble raw footage with special effects, animation, and sound • Produce content across podcasts, events, original social content, and showreels • Help shape the team's production tools and workflows • Maintain brand alignment, deadlines, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse short-form video editing with excellent animation • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Solid motion graphics skills • Hands-on understanding of Seedance, ChatGPT Image 2.0, Gemini Nano Banana Pro, and Higgsfield • Ability to prompt AI image and video models for on-brand, high-quality output • Final Cut, Descript, or similar experience is a bonus • Attention to detail and visual storytelling ability • Creativity in editing, motion design, and AI-assisted production • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Sharp communication skills • Awareness of current editing, animation, and AI trends
